At Shores Homecare we are a ‘Not for profit’ social enterprise to positively contribute to the needs of the community. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued in the comfort of their own home. Founded with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, we provide person-centered homecare services that help individuals maintain independence while receiving the support they need.
Our team of dedicated carers is carefully selected not only for their skills and experience, but for their genuine passion for helping others. We understand that no two people are the same, which is why we tailor our services to meet the unique needs, preferences, and routines of each individual we care for.
Whether its assistance with daily living, companionship, personal care, or more specialised support, Shores Homecare is here to provide reliable and respectful care every step of the way. We work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.

At Shores Homecare we strive to get the best results for our service users, their friends and family and other organisations. Our last visit from CQC was rated good which we are extremely pleased by.
Some words from CQC – People and their relatives were all positive about the service, the care provided and the staff team. To provide innovative homecare support to people within our community who are limited in their ability through ill health, disability and frailty whilst upholding the principles of independence.

We aim to make a positive difference in the lives of those we care for by promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and setting the standard for outstanding homecare in our community.
Our Objectives are

- To ensure that we deliver care Flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion.
- To manage and implement a formal programme of staff planning, selection and recruitment and training.
- To ensure staff receive the necessary training and personal development.
- To undertake a risk assessment of environmental and ergonomic health and safety hazards.
- To ensure that all service users receive written information on the organisations policies and procedures for handling complaints and compliments.
